GalCap Europe has secured a new mandate to manage and reposition the Pressburg Trade Center in the Slovakian capital of Bratislava, the company announced on its LinkedIn page.
GalCap Europe has been instructed to support the asset management of Pressburg Trade Center in Bratislava including rebranding and repositioning of the asset. Located in a prominent location at Stúrova Ulica 4 and close to the Slovak National Theatre in Bratislava´s city centre, the asset offers approximately 12,000 sqm of attractive office spaces as well as approximately 1,500 sqm of retail spaces.
Furthermore, 113 underground parking spaces are available in its own underground parking garage. The inner courtyard (atrium) as well as spacious terraces on the top floors add to the overall attractiveness of the building. With its proactive asset management approach, GalCap Europe will be responsible for all operational matters in connection with the asset.
